In this week’s blog we share the FOCUS model – a set of guiding principles to help teams standardise operational site management. The model was created by four of our ECIST colleagues: Improvement managers Annie Prime, Andy Aldridge and Marie Herring, and senior improvement manager Tim Gillatt.
